Splošni nabavni pogoji dopolnjujejo vsako Nabavno pogodbo in naročilo. Če se nabavni pogoji in Nabavna pogodba oz. naročilo ne ujemajo, velja ustrezno določilo Nabavne pogodbe. Objavljeni so na tej spletni strani.

V izogib kakršnemukoli dvomu velja, da je Dobavitelj s tem, da je dal ponudbo, sklenil nabavno pogodbo v pisni obliki ali potrdil naročilo ali s tem, da je pričel z dejanjem, ki je potrebno zaradi izpolnitve Kupčevega naročila, sprejel Splošne nabavne pogoje. Če so s strani Dobavitelja kjerkoli navedeni pogoji, ki se razlikujejo od teh, le-ti Kupca brez njegove izrecne pisne potrditve v ničemer ne obvezujejo. S sklenitvijo Nabavne pogodbe so morebitni Dobaviteljevi splošni in/ali posebni pogoji izključeni.
