Comprehensive Engineering Solutions

In our state-of-the-art facility, we combine in-house development, an advanced toolmaking facility, a metrology laboratory, and a plastic injection molding department. We perform 12 different metal and plastic processing operations. Over 100 possible material combinations are available.

Tool Manufacturing

We develop and manufacture high-precision molds for thermoplastic injection molding and aluminum die casting. With our in-house design expertise, modern CNC machine park, and experienced team, we ensure repeatable, stable, and customized tool manufacturing according to client requirements.

Measurements and Quality Control

We perform measurements using advanced optical 3D scanners, coordinate measuring machines, and software, in accordance with international standards.
With precise reports, process control, and continuous quality monitoring, we ensure complete oversight of all phases of tool manufacturing and serial component production.

In our plastic injection molding department, we produce demanding technical products for various industrial sectors.
More than 20 machines with clamping forces of 45–900 tons ensure stable, repeatable, and high-quality serial production. From small batches to several million pieces per year.

With you throughout the entire process

We believe that excellent execution begins with good communication. We are with you every step of the way: from the initial idea to product manufacturing. We also offer post-production support, as well as tool maintenance and servicing. The path from the first idea to the final result consists of many smaller phases, which we have grouped into 3 key steps.

1. Analysis & Planning
At the initial meeting, we jointly define project needs, technical requirements, and goals. We prepare an implementation proposal, present optimization options, and confirm key parameters.
2. Execution & Control
In production, we manufacture the tool or component according to confirmed specifications. We perform precise measurements, testing, and final inspection to ensure flawless operation.
3. Handover & Support
After completed inspections, we safely deliver the product and hand over documentation. If needed, we provide support, adjustments, or further cooperation in serial production.
